The project is divided into two phases that can work as independent parts and will be built in different phases also. This project cannot be understood as unique, nor can it be completely separated from the first phase. Together they form a closed block.
This is a public housing project for rent with a total of 43 units. It also includes two basement floors for the parking solution with 50 lots. The project consists of a ground floor, 3 floors more and the penthouses. Two floors below ground level with parking and general facilities.
This connection between phases is diaphanous and open at the bottom, without having ground floor, will only be continuous with the main block in the plants from the first to the third. Underneath it, pedestrian access is made from the pedestrian street. In the north zone the two phases are kept separate, establishing both the passage of vehicles and pedestrians, to the interior of the plot from the Sierra de la Sagra street.
